Does anyone know how long you have to wait until the BCIS in
Indianapolis contacts you after your AOS interview?

Here's what happening to us. I arrived in the US on 28th September
2001 with a K1 visa. We were married on 10th November 2001. I applied
to the AOS on 24th February 2002. We had the AOS interview on 11th
April 2003. We were told that we were approved but subject to the
security name check. Since then we've heard nothing from them and
letters to them have gone unanswered.

I know they take a long time to do anything, but is this normal or are
we just unlucky? It's especially galling when you read things like
"September 19, 2003 - Adjustment of Status Interview. October 4, 2003
