How long is i-130 taking??? How are they getting approved before k-3

Hi...

I was looking at the media brew webpage and seeing many many people who
say their i-130 is approved before k-3. THen, according to their
timelines it has just been about 6 months since they got NOA 1 for k-3.

My case status for i-130 says 465 days...is this really taking less
time?? Can someone tell me if i could expect my i-130 even earlier
than that??

It all depends on which service center you are going through for the I-
130. With Vermont it is quite possible that the I-130 gets approved
before the K-3. With the rest of them, this is highly unlikely. Texas,
for example, gave me 999 days as the length of time to process my I-130.
