Default how long does it take from processing time of an I-485 till issued a greencard?

I could check at the following link provided by Jozef what application
dates are being processed in a particular city.

https://egov.immigration.gov/graphic...jsp?textFlag=N

But, is there a way to know how long does it take from processing time
to issuing the greencard for a specific city?

The current processing time is the amount of time between the date of the
report (look at the top of the table) and the receipt notice date for the
type of case you are interested in, and add 30 days. That is the best
answer you are going to get.

"Issuing the green card" is a little vague. The processing time mentioned
above is measured from filing to approval of the I-485. When the I-485 has
been approved, the applicant can immediately get evidence of PR status
stamped in the passport. The actual PR card may arrive in the mail months
later.

Pssport must be valid (renew if expired) to get the PR stamp, right?
