How is Australia for a professional Borland Delphi programmer?

Hi,
I have been in software field for 10 years, now I have got a software
company and I am its managing director. I have done almost any kind of
software project and as a team leader I prefer to have a management
role in a software company.
I wonder how the job opportunity is for me. How much salary I should
expect estimately? Establishing a new software company over there
(Australia) is a difficult process?
Your information is very critical to me because I am waiting for my PR
visa and I want to prepare myself based on new environment conditions.
