Ditto here Berto.

Many post here their successes after applying on their own, but my Firm
alone in just past 2 years takes in average about 15 previously refused
cases per month, cases that would have been successful the first time if
applications were prepared properly. And my Firm is rather small.

We don't see in this forum 15 "Got it all by myself" posts per month, we see
less than 10 such posts here in best months and majority of months in this
forum are with less than 5 DIY success stories.

mr berto,
exactly that is what I am saying. They can use this news group or the
local consultant. Now tell me wont be an an IIT, CA, MBA or other
qualified professional will be able to decipher what is given in
canadian immigrarion website? No requirement of a lawyer.
What free services in this news group you are talking?
Experts/Professionals are getting huge amount of publicity from this
news group because of their contribution. With due respect to Mr Andrew
Miller, to me he enjoys more credibility than wwics which spends huge
amount of money on publicity and on the other hand Mr Miller is
getting free publicity because of his free advice in this news group
or to any one contributing in this news group. Will any one work for
free in North America /Canada ? Amusing.Mr miller is always available
in this news group for almost every answer. Why because it is mutual
benefit. Both are being benefitted ie Mr Miller as well as posters.Let
us be realistic if it is not mutual then either party will back out.
As far as givng credit is concerned yes credit goes to the
contributors in this news group. When I mentioned in my previous post
that one can take assistance of this news group, by even mentioning
the names of experts, I think this is a pat on their back and yes it
is appreciation.
You have mentioned tens of thousands of questions?? You filter it out
you will find there are numerous repetetions.
Last but not the least you have mentioned that 'strong group'.Which
strong group you are talking bar association,OPIC,APIC ?What happened
to them when rules were applied retroactively?Points changes.Proposed
regulations apply to everyone whether applied through Lawyer or
consultant or local consultant without representation or applied
directly.
Lawyers? simply ignore them.Dont waste money on them.Yes avail them
for refugee cases or you want to get illegal thing legalised in Canada
like over staying, facing deportation etc etc.
