I am a tenant in a 3 bedroom single storey house in North York,
Toronto. I am moving out before my lease expires in October because I
bought a house. If anyone is landing in March/April time and looking

of the newest kitchens you will find for a rental property. It is
extremely convenient being 300m from both primary and secondary
schools. It is about 15 minutes walk to Fairview Mall and the Don
Mills subway station (OK to walk but not now when it is minus 20). The
rent is C$1800 per month excluding utilities. You may be able to
extend for another year.
