Most likely, yes. You would need a visa to return to the US if:
- you are a citizen of Iran, Iraq, Sudan, Lybia, Syria, North Korea or
Cuba, or
- you stay in Canada for more than 30 days, or
- you left Canada for some other country, or
- you applied for a US visa in Canada.
