Default help - pool to ENS

hi,

I applied for 136, got refusal and finally dropped into pool. As
currently I'm in 457 working onshore, is is possible for me come out of
the pool by persuading my employer to do ENS for me. I don't think RSMS
will be applicable in my case as I'm not based in any of the regional
areas.

other options like 'skill matching' is available for me ? Can my
employee picks me from the skill matching database, as I assume that my
skills is listed in current MODL.

any help would be highly appreciated.

fass,

An ENS visa is independent of your 136 status which I'm assuming is
pooled but not refused outrighted.

If your employer is willing/able to sponsor you for an ENS, then it's
something you should pursue. Your 136 outcome has no bearing on your
ENS chances if you weren't refused on medical/police grounds but
merely pooled.

And in the light of recent regulation changes, it appears to be
possible to apply for ENS free of charge if you have a 136 application
in the system.

thanks Jeremy,

It seems ENS is quite good option that would save time as I assume ENS
is quicker and could be granted onshore ( ?? ).
Besides I personally believe that CO has made a incorrect decision. Is
there any way to ask CO to review the decision. She ignored 5 points
for overseas qualification.

Hi Fass,

You'd need to raise your complaint about the assessment with a manager
in Adelaide, and do it quickly. However if the employer will sponsor
you and you meet the criteria, that may be a convenient way forward ...

Cheers,
