I dont know if I'm close to it or not. My timeline is:

Applied in Islamabad: Dec 2000
AOR from Islamabad: March 2001
They asked for additional documents.

I moved to USA mid 2001 for studies on F1. Asked Islamabad for file
transfer.
File transferred to Buffalo: Oct 2001
Received letter from Buffalo that file is in queue awaiting assessment: Nov
2001

At this point they gave me new file number, means processing started from
scratch.

Added baby, paid ROLF for all, sent US bank funds letter: Dec 2001
Sent FBI Cards (certificates): May 2002
Buffalo letter stating Interview required in LA. Medical forms also in same
package, asked to schedule when I get interview call: Nov 2002
Got Processing-stop letter until I send IMM008 for me and my spouse: Jan
2003
Sent IMM008 : Jan 2003
LA letter advising they received the file: Apr 2003
Since I got to USA I am working as TA/RA in software and nanotech. Sent
updated supporting documents including experience letters, IELTS result from
USA: June 2003

(got 8,8,8,7 in list,read,writ,spk in IELTS)

LA letter informing interview date in start of October 2003: Aug 2003

I got my CAIPS notes. Somethings are evident, some not... I request Mr.
Miller, Mr. Cohen, Mr. Humphries and other experts to comment:

Nothing in front of PSDEC, BDEC, OREQ, SELDEC, MEDDEC, FINDEC.
