Does she maybe think that if she doesn't have the medical then he won't
be able to go?. Maybe she is feeling like she is being abandoned by him.
Sorry I'm not being horrible honest, just trying to help I keep
reading it back and it sounds really judgemental but it's not intended
that way. I've left a son back in the UK so know just what they and you
go through especially in the early stages.

Maybe she wants to come too. If not perhaps you can do a stat dec from
her saying that she doesnt want to do the medical, or from your ex.

Thanks for all your advices and support.

We certainly hope the girl would like to do the medicals and then she
will have the option coming to australia when she needs/wants. But it is
just impossible for my partner to get in touch with her. We dont really
know what she is really thinking, however we have tried and we just hope
she will understand us when she grow up.

Thanks JAJ,

We shall discuss this with our agency further. Hope we can work this
