Default help with 2 more application questions

Hi

Sorry to make so many threads, last couple of questions (i hope). I
am trying to apply on my own, to save money on agents fees....so here
goes....

If we apply for skilled independant migration, can we also
apply with sponsorship from my auntie in australia aswell? If so do i
have to fill in another form, and send it with the skilled, or does it
not make any differnce?

By Jan we should have enough points without
her sponsorship but if this will make it easier i wanted to add it on
application aswell.

Also my auntie is living in Perth and has been for
17 years, working full time etc.... but when she sponsors me what does
this entail, does she have to give money away, if so does she get it
back, and if so when?
On website it asks sponsers for money, but on
form 28 (required assurence of support) i also have form 40 no mention
of sending money???? I assume she fills in both of these forms...??

on form 47sk it doesnt have a colum for sponsor points, so do they
just go into bonus points and if so how many do you get fro sponsorship?

I am very confused about all of this, can anyone help me??

I just
dont want my auntie to be out of pocket so i would re-imburse her when i
got there from sale of my house money, but i need it back to buy a
house.....

Also I was thinking can you just apply on sponsorship points
alone, without skilled points? As we cannot apply til Jan as need 2
years exp to get the extra points? So if we could apply just on
sponsorship we could start application now??

hope someone can help me
or i'll have to get an agent.....anyone know any dead cheep ones??
ha,ha!!

thanks to anyone who may be able to advise me

laura

I think you need to look at booklet 6 - available free on dimia's
website - this should tell you what you need to do and what forms would
be required.

all the best
