Default Helo! Applying for PR card - process

I am going to apply for the PR card and noticed that the process
includes:
1. Application for a Permanent Resident Card [IMM 5444]
2.
Authority to Release Information to Designated Individuals [IMM 5476]

3. Supplementary Identification Form [IMM 5455]
4. Fees Receipt [IMM
5401

I was able to find IMM-5444 at ]http://www.cic.gc.ca,
but it looks like I need to order IMM 5455 and IMM 5401 to be mailed to
me - it that right?

How long does it take for those forms to arrive?

Also, how long does it take to process the PR application once it is
submitted? Is there any way to speed up the process?

THank you
Sergey

It took
a couple of weeks for those forms to arrive. After you submit
everything, it was taking as much as 6 months late last year with the
backlog of applications before the Dec. 31st deadline. If you have
proof you are going to travel at a particular time (i.e. copies of your
airline tickets) they are supposed to expedite the application.

When you request
supplementary Identification Form [IMM 5455] and Fees Receipt [IMM 5401]
to be mailed to you, do they come pre-filled with your name? I want to
request these forms and use my friend's address, but I don't want his
name on the forms.

Thanks,
Sergey.

Default The Terminator 4 Salvations

The Terminator franchise is what got me interested in the movies in the first place. The first was a suspenseful cyberpunk thriller, and the second became my favorite movie of all time. The third fell short of intelligence but still solid nonetheless, and the TV series was a good addition to the franchise. Nearing the end of May, the fourth and latest film addition of the beloved sci-fi franchise will open, and viewers are in for a sheer summer spectacle.
