Default heeelp...Do I need form 886? (de Facto, onshore)

Heeeelp!

Just getting everything ready and double checking every peace of paper
before I hand it in tomorrow. I just read through some of your TOC's and
some people have form 886. Help, never heard of that one and they also
didn't give me that form at DIMIA.

Do I need it? I know I can download it, so it wouldn't be a problem to
get that one ready for tomorrow.

Thanks

Barbara

I included it, even though it wasn't listed in the booklet - other
people on here had told me about it, so I stuffed it in just in case!!
Its horrible to find as it doesn't appear in the normal list of forms -
try this link though

Dont worry, you'll be meeting with a couple of 'been there, done that -
defacto applicants' tomorrow who'll be more than happy to drink away bad
memories of 40SP 47SP and evidence lists ;) :)
