Has anybody stayed at the Newyorker, NYC?

Going to NYC in December and I'm concidering staying at Ramada The
Newyorker.
Has any of you stayed there before? How did you like your stay?

Haven't stayed there for about 7 years but when I went it was neat & tidy,
very near to Madison Square Garden, Macy's and easy subway to all
attractions. We stayed in the same area in July.

We've stayed there several times due to it's location near to Penn
Station (were doing some train travel). It's not modern as some and we
did get a noisy air conditioner one time, but on the whole was not that
bad and location was good.

I stayed there in March of last year. The room was tiny but other than that
pleasant enough.
