Hi,

I am planning a trip to Vietnam in first half of February. I would like to
show my wife Ha Long Bay My only concern is weather at this time of the
year. I do not care about low temperatures which may be in February. I am
rather afraid of fog and rain. A trip over Ha Long bay may be easily
spoiled by bad visibility I think. What kind of weather can I expect in
beginning of Feb. in Ha Long Bay ?

That's EXACTLY when we were there last year. We had two days of sun and one
day of partly-cloudiness. I actually enjoyed it that way, as we got to see
Halong Bay in two different environments-- it looked drastically different!
