Default H1 for Parttime University Job

Hello,

My wife has been offered a parttime University Job. Eventhough it says
parttime she would be working 30-32 hr/week and the position is salaried.
What's the H1-b process for jobs like these. (She has a BSc and planning to
gruaduate with her MSc in this fall)

Thank you
PT

The same process as for any other - the prospective employer files an
LCA then an H-1B petition. If the job is not covered by the H-1B cap
(being with a University, it should be exempt) then they can file any
time.
