H1 to F1 to H1 Applying for H1 before graduation Possible?

Hi,

I have entered US on H1B. I received my Change of Status for F1 in
August 2003. Currently as the H1B Quota is going to end soon. I want
to apply for H1B premium processing. I have some questions regarding
that,

1) I am going to graduate on 8th May 2004. Is it possible for me to
apply for H1b Right now.

2) What are the documents that i need to send for F1 to H1B Change of
Status.

3) If my H1 gets rejected, what happens to my F1 Status. Whether it
will be valid or not. Can i stay in US until my graduation date May
2004.

Is this for a new employer, or the same one that sponsored your original
H-1B visa??
