Default H1 B renewal

Hello All,

My first H1-B is about to end in few months and I am planning to apply
by myself with USCIS.If my company and occupation remains the same
what kind of other paper work should I need to put up with petition to
avoid an REF.Should I put my pay stubs,W2 form,achievements(during
first h1b etc).

Anyone on a 2nd H1b please recommend what you think is the best.

The company paid a lawyer to take care of my case... Anyway, my
recommendation is to start soon the process; My visa ended in January, I
submitted the renewal in September, so 4 months before, and got my Visa on
my passport in June... I was not able to leave the country for 5 months...
You'll probably go through similar case....

Generally speaking, the work and paperwork for an
extension is very similar to that of an initial H-1B (Except there are
more/updated forms most likley since your last submission)

There is no
need to to submit pay stubs or achievements, but obviously you must
submit proff of your currnet H-1B and file before it expires.
otherwise, make sure you submite all the forms, degrees etc.

Regards,

Andrew
