Your post is as confusing as you seem to be.
You don't have a K-3 and a
K-1 pending and/or approved.
You had an I-130 pending at the Vermont SC
and a K-3 pending at the Missouri SC.
Your I-130 has been approved ...
NOT THE K3 which is the one in Missouri.
Believe your confusion stems
from the fact that the K-3 and K-1 both use the I-129F (Fiancee Visa
Form).
Congratulations. Much much better to have the I-130
approved.
