Default Good guesthouse in Krabi town ?

Hi,
We, (2 X 40y.o.females) are looking for a nice guesthouse in Krabi town.
Money is no object I mean we are not looking for a dirt cheap place to stay.
Convenience is more of an issue as is cleanliness and safety.
Also, how do you get from the bus stop in Krabi (wich I understood is some
distance from the town itself) to city centre?

Thanks!

Yes, the bus station is about 6 or 7 km's out of town but there are plenty
of song thaews(pick up trucks with two rows of seats in the back) going back
and forwards (the red ones) They start from near
the night market in Maharaat Rd (soi 10) if I remember rightly. There is
plenty of accommodation of all prices available in Krabi town. A lot of the
shops in town have guest houses above and they are inexpensive. Make sure
you go to
the night market in Maharaat soi 10 great seafood and very cheap.
