Default get advice from a professional

I would suggest to anyone going through the immigration process to
seek the advice of a professional. It would be foolish to take the
advice of internet addicts and juveniles with access to computers.

I also would not trust any lawyers who would lurk in chat rooms

Leslie66,

Yes Seattle is in King County. Despite the fact that it breads morons
like Dave, it is a wonderful city. Of course it is raining today and all
last night.... and probably will rain tomorrow as well. Still a nice
place to live

I know, Scott. I lived in Portland for 2 years and went to Seattle
regularly. I actually preferred the "aura" of Seattle as a city, but my
work was in Portland. The rain never bothered me either.

Small world. I grew up in Portland on NE Lombard of all places in the
Getto, which is probably where I got my poor sense of humor I moved to
the Seattle/Eastside when I was sixteen and have been here ever since.
Rain does not bother me, however as I am getting older, it seems like
all the Rogain washes out of my hair down my back. I am starting to look
like a freaking gaurilla!

Yeah, it kind of makes you wonder about his post on living in VT

I had a fantastic apartment on NW 23RD. It was one of those huge old
Victorian numbers re-done into apartments. I worked in the St.
Vincent's Hospital Professional building which was about halfway between
Beaverton and downtown. Even with on-street parking, I much preferred
living downtown as opposed to the suburbs.

I went to a massage therapist and chiropractor who's offices were on NE
Lombard. Even for the "ghetto" everything was still pretty, I guess
it's because no matter where you went, there were still lots of grass
and huge trees.

I flew up to Seattle a few years ago (probably around 97 or 98) to
attend a special VAWA training session, which was invaluable (in the
VAWA case I was working on). Then flew back up there a year or so later
to attend a national AILA conference. Went to a baseball game in the
dome before they blew it up. Had a fantastic dinner and cigar session
(back when I still smoked cigars) at Gaucho’s (I think that is what it
was called). I absolutely loved Seattle, and would not mind living there
at all (and one of my best friends, who was my best man at my wedding,
lives in Kent which is not too far away from Seattle).
