Default G-4 Visa & Inadmissibility

Hola!

I'm another worried soul with a niggling question.

It's general enough so I'm hoping I can get an indicator of where
things are:

I'm on a G-4 visa, and I'm a newly wed. My spouse has overstayed her
F-1 student visa by 9 months. Before we got married, she had had a
relative immigrant petition filed on her behalf - before her F-1
expired. No AOS/I-485 was filed for her though, so because of that
she was out of status. Her mother was a LPR, and has now obtained
citizenship.

Does she qualify for a G-4 visa?

Cheers,
