Default G-4 Visa & Inadmissibility

Hola!

I'm another worried soul with a niggling question.

It's general enough so I'm hoping I can get an indicator of where
things are:

I'm on a G-4 visa, and I'm a newly wed. My spouse has overstayed her
F-1 student visa by 9 months. Before we got married, she had had a
relative immigrant petition filed on her behalf - before her F-1
expired. No AOS/I-485 was filed for her though, so because of that
she was out of status. Her mother was a LPR, and has now obtained
citizenship.

Does she qualify for a G-4 visa?

Cheers,

Can I Bring my Dependents on G4 Status?

But YOU should have legal representation available to you, and you should use it.
It's not a commonly discussed visa, and her immigration history has some issues. If you do not have an immigration lawyer already, make sure the one you find has experience (not just say so) with your type of visa.
