Following to Join Benefits for spouses
I won DV-2007 lottery, and i sent the aplication about 3 weeks ago.
But I recently married after I sent the application, and my legal status in the application was single. Until now, I wasn't scheduled for the interview. What should I do to bring my wife to the United States? Should I send the DS 230 Parts I & II forms and my marriage certificates before I get the PR? Or should I send I-824 form as soon as I got my PR? So that my wife can apply for a following to join immigrant visa. Thanks |
