Park Palace is nice but it is really really not in walking distance of
the main sights for an elderly woman with arthritis nor is it in
convenient distance for restaurants etc

It is a lovely area and a nice stroll down to Porta Romana and then into
town for the middle aged and fit and it is certainly comparatively quiet
