The card is an ATM-only card; it cannot be used as a Visa or Mastercard.
The withdrawls were listed on the account statement as normal ATM
withdrawls. Currency conversion was about 1% off what oanda.com reported
for the days of the withdrawls, although the bank that issued the card
also added a small fee (for using some other bank's ATM).
