I got the My final visa grant letter today. My co is very quick give me
reply.
My time line

Application type 136 MODL(India, Ahmedabad)

3rd April File receive by dimia
12 April Ack
29 sep Medical & PCC
11 and 12 Medical and PCC Sent.
25 Oct Pre visa grant letter and ask for 2nd VAC
1 Nov DD 2690 $ Sent
6 Nove Recevice DD
10 Nov final Got Visa Grant

Its a second monetary visa payment payable if dependants on the
application form are less than proficient in English. The 2nd fee is
approx the same as the initial application form (around $2000) per
person that does not meet the requried english languange standards.

IELTS...

It may be applicable on the type of visa you are getting. Have a read of
the fees booklet 990i. But its generally all around having an IELTS
report showing the applicant or dependants having less than functional
English require the second installment.
