Default Filing I-751 (does this is required?

Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people (preferably
notarized)..

does above is a must...I am enclsoing the following documents

â?¢Copy of front and back of my permanent resident card.

â?¢Birth certificate of our daughter, showing my and my wife's name as
father and mother respectively.

â?¢Copy of warranty deed to our house, stating we have joint ownership
of the home.

â?¢Letter from our lender stating we are as borrowers on our mortgage.

â?¢Official IRS tax transcript of 2005 US Federal income tax return,
showing our name(s) on the return and filing status as â??married filing
jointly�.

â?¢Official IRS tax transcript of 2004 US Federal income tax return,
showing our name(s) on the return and our filing status as â??married
filing jointly�.

â?¢Official IRS tax transcript of 2003 US Federal income tax return,
showing our name(s) on the return and our filing status as â??married
filing jointly�

â?¢Letter from our credit union stating we have certificate of deposits
and joint savings and checking accounts with them.

â?¢Letter from our bank stating we have a joint savings account.
Also, enclosed is a copy of the bank statement for the month of
October â?? 2006.

â?¢Copy of the auto insurance cards, with our name(s) listed on
the policy.

â?¢Copy of the utility bills showing our name(s).

Copy of the title of our car showing our names as a owner of the
vehicle.

have a search through the forum, questions been asked a few times,
but as far as I'm aware, you don't need it unless you don't have
other evidence.

Sounds like you've got plenty of evidence.

Hi:

The list is of SUGGESTED documents, not required documents. For my
clients I do NOT include such affidavits unless the case is weak on the
document side -- I feel they are not entitled to much weight. BTW, Matt
Udall disagrees with me on this one.

Affidavits need NOT, as a matter of law, be notarized. The language of
"I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States
of America that the foregoing is true and correct" after the statements
and then signed and dated is the equivalent of notarization for
affidavit purposes.
