Default Family Members

Hi,

When filling in the application form for Federal Skilled Worker do
your Parents, Brothers, and Sisters count as Family Members. The form
contains the following for the 27th question.

"You must provide the details of each of your family members, whether
they will be accompanying you to Canada or not. You must include only
your spouse or common-law partner, if applicable, and all of your
dependent children (natural and/or adopted), and those of your spouse
or common-law partner, who are not already permanent residents or
citizens of Canada".

According to this I do not think that Parents, Brothers, and Sisters
count as Family Members, however I just want to confirm this.

Plus if they do not count as Family Members does that mean that Police
Reports are NOT NEEDED for your Parents, Brothers, and Sisters.

Thanks
Richard.

1. The parents and siblings are listed on the IMM 5406.
2. No photos or police reports are required for them.
