Default F4 - make appeal

We have an F4 petition.

We received a letter from US Embassy Manila dated April 25, 2003, they
mentioned that they will advice us in the next 45 - 90 days of our
interview date. But up to now we have not received any advise.

Right now we are "documentarily-qualified" which I believe to be so.
We understand that if ever we received our schedule date of interview
and medical appointment we still have to wait on the scheduled date
stated therein.

Included in our petition is my son who is turning 21 years old this
coming November 2003. We might be running short of time in case a
problem might arise which may be inevitable. We are aware of the USA
Patriot Act signed by President Bush. There is a 45 day grace period.

Our priority date is MARCH 29 1982. The priority date right now for F4
Philippines is OCT 8 1981.

We were told by the customer service representative that we might be
scheduled for our medical exam and interview maybe late this year or
early next year.

By the way the reason they retrogress as we are informed was they ran
out of visa numbers since there were too many applicants. Can we make
an appeal if ever my son will age out?

Thank you.
