Default F-1 Grace period

Hi every one,
I'd like to know if there is a grace period after a student on F-1
visa withdraws from the school that issued his current I-20 before
graduation. Thank you.

Once you leave school, you are immediately out of status. However, I
believe you do have 30 days to leave the US once that happens.

In such a case, there is *no* grace period.

On a related note, how long is the grace period after the OPT assuming
one has graduated properly and not used any OPT time during school? I
know that the 12 months must be completed within 14 months of
graduation, but am not sure how that affects the 60 day grace period.

See, my OPT started a month after graduation and lasts one year. Do I
have a whole 60 days grace from the end of my OPT, or must I subtract
the period of grace used between graduation date and the beginning of
my OPT?

Cheers
