The airline should take the old I-94 and you should get a new one when
you return. Travel with the old passport and visa along with the new
passport. Don't try to transplant the visa to your new passport. It's
good that you're getting out before the I-94 expires. If you stayed one
day over, then your visa would be automatically canceled.
If your
petition has been extended to a date later than what appears on the visa
itself, then travel with the petition as well. Other that that, all you
need is a valid visa and a valid passport.
