Default To experts, Mr Miller, Jim Humphries ..

Dear Sirs,

I receive my CAIPS notes for the second time.
First time they were being released in ther entirety.

This time, it is stated: Certain information qualifies for exemption
pursuant to section 19 (1) of the access to information Act.

Do u know why ?

Also, in the second Caips notes as in the first one, no points have
been granted. Just a Xref file, has been added to the Xref1.

Any thoughts,

Thank you for ur time,

The infomration that you have provided mean absolutly nothing in isolation.
Without seeing your application it would only be specualtion on anyone's
part as to what they mean. That is the problem with asking for CAIPS notes
they often raise more question than they answer unless you are ready to post
ful details of yoru case.

Dear Mr Metcalfe:

Here is some information, as there was not too much in the CAIPS note.
I was more concerned by the meaning of exemption pursuant to section 19(1)..

On 27th March It will be my 14th month since I received the AOR.
Info in the CAIPS is as followed:
all the PSDEC, BDEC...to FINDEC are at 0
View scanned documents:N

on all the pages FILE BF'D to 1FR on 27-01-2004
Except on page 3 where I can see Paper file sent to PA BF file to: 1fr on 27-1-2007

View medical assessments for entire family (y/N)? Y

All the section from Age to Suitability
and from PS decision to Final decision are at 0

Total school years: 20 Educ code 07

XREF2:XXXXXXX is prob regarding the recent documents I sent about my new job.

Sincerely,
