Expert Advise Please

At the onset let me take the oportunity to thank all the
experts/memebers for making this forum the most interactive and
informative.
I was requested by CIC to take IELTS and the deadline was 6 OCT.
My results are not at all impressive as I faied to get band 7 in all
modules and tolal expected to work out at 74 marks:
Listening:7.5,Reading 6.5,Writing 8,Speaking 8.Overall All 7.5
Now my questions are:
1.Should I send this result to CIC under the new pass marks?
2.How long and what to expect next from CIC once I send the results of
IELTS?

Current pass mark is 67 points, so if you can make it with 14 points for
language (this is what your IELTS will give you) then what are you waiting
for? Just send it.
