Default expat salary benefits?

Hi all,

I got a job offer in London. The salary is 24500£ per year. does that mean gross or net? is it sufficient to live in London?
And most importntely, do I have the right to ask for expat benefits? (moving to other country, different culture, higher living expenses...)----> expat commision.

Many thanks

Buddy, that is like 68,000 canadian. You better live tight, and not spend 10 dollars on a coffee. We Canadians would be like Mexicans to the Yankees, in London.
