Is ETA 750 form required with NIW petition?
Hi folks,
Is the ETA-750 form required when filing an NIW petition? I've seen two cover letters for NIW where the petitioner indicates that form ETA-750 B is attached. The I-140 form does not say that the form is required if self petitioning though. Am I missing something? Why and how would I fill a labor certification form when I am asking for a wiver from the labor certification? Your input is very much appreciated. |
