Default Entering on Vwp after a B2 visa refusal

Several weeks/month ago I posted here about how I was concerned about
going the U.S for a 2 week holiday after having a B2 visa refusal in
June this year. I was told at Belfast by the consul. officer that I
was never allowed to enter and that I had lost my visa waiver
allowance. I was extremely concerned and had contacted immigration at
Dallas FW airport who told me that the consul. officer had basically
told me bullsh*t.

I flew yesterday and had a tonne of documents with me to prove I was
going back. Nobody at London or at DFW questioned the refusal which was
stamped in my passport. I answered the question about visa refusal
honestly on the green I-94 form and was bracing myself for the
interrogation, but not a word was said! :D

We flew 1st class with American airlines as well and had a great time
being spoiled for the 10 hour flight! All in all it was a perfect day
because I was expecting so much trouble. A tip for jet lag as well:
Cocculus 30c and arnica are homeopathic and really do work! :)

Just a bit of reassurance for anyone who has been refused a visa with a
214(b) reason.
