Default English test for a US graduate

Hello, I am submitting my application soon, do I need to do an English
test having a degree from the US? will my application be returned if I
skip that?
Also, does my wife need a test?!

Do the test,
UAE is not on the list of exempt countries
with US experience it should be easy

Not necessarily, depending on how much of your education was with the
language of instruction being English, work experience in English, etc. If
English is not your birth tongue, then it's much simpler to simply take the
test than to try to prove English competency through other means.

I aree with nightfire it is more easy to take the test than to
proveyour profeciency, go to lime wire you will find about 20 books to
prepare you for the IELTS exam.
