Eligibility for Family Sponsored Immigration

Hi,

Sorry to bother, just a quick question, would my mother's deceased brother's
family in the US be able to eligible to sponsor me for Family Sponsored
Immigration? I'm an Australian citizen if that makes an difference.

No.
Only USC spouses and relatives within the first degree of consanguinity can
be sponsors in the Family-based immigrant category.
For LPRs, only the spouse and unmarried children can be sponsored.
