EAD and marriage
Hi,
I am an Indian citizen. My H1B is still valid and I got my EAD. I have not applied for Advance Payroll. I am planning to change the Job. I guess in that case my H1B will be invalid and I have to apply for EAD. If I get married then, how can I bring my wife over US. Do I have to apply for her EAD first ? How it works ? Thanks for any help. |
