Default E2 v EB5 Visa

Hi Everyone
Has anyone applied for a successful E2 Visa for Colorado, especially
Colorado Springs? Also beside Seattle and Philadelphia are there any
other approved centres for EB5 Visa? Has anyone applied for the latter?
Please tell me the downside risks to the capital and the main points for
failure of such an application from London, and if failed what would
happen to your already invested and in risk funds?

Whats Colorado gor to do with it ..
An E-2 can be for anywhere...

yes there are more..google is your friend
south Dakota is my favorite
http://www.sd-exports.org/eb-5/

Risk as with any investment business...
I tend to think of it as just buying a green card ..

getting one is not easy .. Where the money came
from is fully investigated...

Another song?

Anyway Colorado Springs would suggest a R1, not the others.

R1 visas are for religious workers. Colorado Springs has become a major
center of activity for Evangelical Christians.
