Default E- client status Confusion- New

Hi all experts and Check,

I applied for PR in Dec.2001 and received initial assessment in Feb.
2003 with interview waiver + Medicals (complete after 6 months). They
asked for Current status + bank statement which I sent in April 2003.
I completed my medical in first week of June 2003. Today I checked my
E-client status it shows "Decision Made". After I click on the link it
reads:
We received you application in --- 2001
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact
you concerning this decision

Now I am confused because normally in other posts it always shows one
more line that "medical have been received"
This is not mentioned in my eclient status case. My question is how
positive this decision made is in my case.

For Check ("check" <>) your case looks the same as
mine. I am wondering if you heard anything from the consulate.

Thanks in advance for all the expert comments

Ishan

Where are you, Canada or other country? Why they asked for your current status?

Hi!! All,

This post is follow-up of my previous post. So good news is i
got passport request yesterday (03/10/2003) and for those who are
interested in my timeline, please see my earlier post. Best of luck to
all who are in queue.

I just want to thanks to all experts and people who were helping me
out during whole time of processing.

Now I have 2 queries
First is regarding sending my passport to Buffalo office and getting
it back. The reason for asking this is CIC office mentioned in
passport request letter that they are not going to send passport out
side of US by courier or any other traceable service (correct me if I
understood wrong)as I am in Canada.
Second is they asked for the new photograph but they didn't mention
quantity and size of photograph.

Any previous experience would be helpful and would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Ishan

I look at it this way. If you have endured the treadmill and got
through to the stage where they are asking for photo's don't risk
messing it up by sending just one. You will no doubt have gathered
enough experience of the sysytem thus far to know that

you can do no harm by sending at least 5, better make that 10 just for
good measure.

Doesn't it just make you bitter eh?

Oh and get them signed by God and blessed by the pope just for
good measure
