I don't know what's going on with my citizenship application with CIC
I applied for citizenship on Feb 17 2003
Provided with my fingerprints on 14th May 2003
Appeared in Citizenship test on 12th Feb 2004
On the e Application, the status was changed to "Decesion made" on 23rd March 2004
Today(I just checked) it is reverted back to "In Process".
Experts views are appreciated.

Basically, it means that the element of the application that was being
processed at the time you looked was either finalised or close to it, and
that a decision of some sort had been made on that one element. Now they've
moved onto the next element, so it is 'in progress' you may see - if you
watch closely - that it will say 'decision made' and 'in progress' several
times through the entire procedure.
