I applied for my canadian immigration in April 2001 from USA.
I recieved a letter in June saying that your intial assesment has been
completed please send some additional documents which were (IELTS,
Current letter from employer, Finger print results). I sent all these
documents in August.

I also got medical forms along with that letter which asked me to do
the medicals after 4 months of recieving the letter. I recieved the
letter in june so i completed the medical sent the medical in first
week of november.

I was checking all the time my application status online and it always
showed "in process" . But from last two weeks its not showing my
application status online. But for all my freinds who applied almost
same month as i did they still can see the status. what does that
mean? secondly what do think where is my process right now after
reading the email

Zarpot,

I am having the same situation. It worked for months. Now it does not
work. It has been happening to me for over two months.

Hi,
I am in same boat, I had my interview and send my medicals last month
but still no answer as well as no e- stauts, I don't know what is
going on, and how long they take to finalize the case.

I had 6 months delay (after my interview in Detroit) caused by medical
examination.

The semi-official explanation was "we had a delay in mailing medical
results", but I have a gut feeling that my medical results were simply
"misplaced" after arriving to the consulate. Everything was found after I
got all the tracking numbers and started bombarding the consulate with
faxes.

Maybe this experience can be helpful,

I have exactly the same problem. My application status does not work anymore.

Just last week I can still access my e client status, now I have the
same problem

Its working for me now. The tip is that only enter you last name in the name field.

Do you think why you were asked to provide the IELTS? How many years
do you work and study in the US at the time of submission of your
application? Did you submit your FBI Finger print results before?
