Does anyone get Receipt for Visa Fees from DIMIA??

I'm in Sydney with 457 and applying PR.
Medicare office said I can apply Medicare if you have visa allowed to
work. And they said they need the following documents to apply Medicare.

1. the receipt given to you by the DIMIA for monies paid when you
submitted your application for PR
2. a letter from DIMIA showing the date your application for PR
3. passport
4. a current visa

any ideas?

We did a couple of days ago!

We got an acknowledgement email from them saying they have the
application and a reciept for the fees is attached to it. This is for a
136 Skilled Application and paid for using a VISA card.

Although two days later and they still have not debited the account!

Ours came with the medical request a couple of months after they
received it.

we got our credit card receipt with the acknowledgement from DIMIA via
email. as a attachement

They e-mailed me a screenshot of all the information which was
like/probably a receipt.
