Default Do different cities in Canada have different timlines to issue PR Card?

Hello everybody,

If all ports of entries to Canada processes PR cards, will it be quicker for
new immigrants to get the PR card if they enter from other smaller cities in
Canada instead of the bigger gateways like Vancouver or Toronto? Since I reside
in Seattle, WA, I would rather drive an extra day or 2 to enter from a smaller
port of entry than simply go across to Vancouver B.C.
if I know the turn around time for PR card is faster elsewhere. Any information
about this will be appreciated.

Thanks.
Dave

All PR Card applications are being processed and Cards issued in Sydney,
Nova Scotia. So, it is irrelevant where you land.
