Default Divorce in MA from UK

can anyone tell me how to go about getting a divorce from a US citizen
while im here in my native UK?.We were only married a matter of weeks
before it all went tits up and didnt know if there would be an
easy,cheap solution due to this fact.Any help would be gratefully
received,thx,chris

Get yourself a consultation with a divorce lawyer as, if you file for
divorce from this side of the pond, (UK) you will have to adhere to UK
rules and regs so you'd best find out what your options are.

Hi:

The general rule is that the "res" of a marriage is where ONE or either
of the spouse resides. The court[s] with jurisidction over the "res"
can dissolve the marriage. If you do it in the UK, there is no reason
MA or any other US state should fail to recognize it.
