Default difference b/n pre grant and grant

Hi and merry christmas to all

I have received pre-grant letter 4 days back and they have asked me to
send form 1022 and health checking i.e form 815. Does DIMIA sends again
a Grant letter? is there any difference b/n pre grant and grant letter?

After sending the required from i.e 1022 and 815 what next?

should i wait for stamping or dimia again sends any grant letter????????

in the form 815 they have asked me to fill , 1.flight number and date of
arrival ... i have 6 months time to enter australia and now i have not
decided yet where to go and when>????

what should i fill in this column???????

Awaiting for your early reply...
