Default deportation case

Hello Deportation Experts!

I am a Canadian Citizen. I had been deported while I was in USA on
grounds of misreprestation of some documents at the port of entry. I
did follow the voluntary deportation, meaning, I didn't fight or
contested. I would like to find out when and how I would be able to
return back to USA being a Canadian Citizen? Its been 4 years since I
was deported.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
-Steve.

Every case is different. What did you do? Was it a simple confusion or
lack of knowledge of US law, or was it malicious intent and pure fraud?
Did you just get denied, or was it an outright bar and immediate "get
the hell outta here".

either way. Don't talk to us. Talk to a US
lawyer for your case.

You can get a waiver, but it all depends like I
said on what exactly u did.

Steve.

Did they remove you right at the border, or did you
see the judge? Did you take voluntary departure or were you ordered
deported? Did they serve you with an I-296?

You may require an I-192
waiver for the fraud. You could always ask a port of entry to review
what you need to come back. Just be clear right at the start that
you're not seeking admission and just want to ask a question. Attempted
re-entry after deportation is a serious offence.
