Hi, we are currently using an agent to apply for a state sponsorship
visa for Perth and just sent off the paperwork for the TRA. Once this
has been passed what are the chances of failing to be awarded a visa? Of
course i know it depends on medicals and police checks, but i just
wondered on what grounds the visa application can be denied?

It can be refused if, for example, you do not meet DIMA's basic
requirement for skilled work experience.

Thanks for the speedy reply. Hopefully if the agent i'm using is good at
his job would have mentioned already about my recent work experience,
well here's hoping. Thanks
